Turned my hair orange. Wanted a balayage and ended up with one side of my head highlighted to my roots and the other side of my head with nothing. And after sitting there for 3 hours and her not listening , she chopped my long curly hair off and gave me the worst layers ever. I got rushed out of her chair because of poor time management and lack of skill. I was charged $100 for something I could have done at home or Super Cuts for less. I had to go to another salon after tge fact for a color correction, costing me a whopping $350 on top of what I had already spent. BEWARE of Brenda. She never even followed through with an appointment or call after she clearly messed up.
