When I called after I got home to take a closer look she did offer to “fix” it but after I noticed more mistakes I just couldn’t think about ever trusting her with my hair again. I’m so disappointed because the past 4 years she’s the woman I trusted to do any of my blowouts and trims for special occasions. These are the curtain bangs that i asked for. uneven and there’s a section of my hair that Ester cut into. When I called after I got home to take a closer look she did offer to “fix” it but after I noticed more mistakes I just couldn’t think about ever trusting her with my hair again. I’m so disappointed because the past 4 years she’s the woman I trusted to do any of my blowouts and trims for special occasions. I wish I would have just tried to cut it myself instead of paying $75 +tip for this:(

Loved my experience here. The salon is clean and the staff is friendly. It was very diverse and Ester is amazing with all her clients! I have used Park Salon previously for my daughters when she had her hair straightened. It was great so this time I returned for my own hair and had my daughters hair braided. I have never had my hair straightened this well. It was shining and Ester was quick and proficient. My daughters braids lines are so clean and the braids were tight enough that even after a week they look very neat. Park Salon has earned my business and will be returning frequently for me and my family.

I was looking for someone to do illusion crochet. I found this salon via google search of crochet. I texted the number on the google. Esther responded and said she knows how to do crochet but was unfamiliar with the method but willing to learn and practice on me. She sent me videos of doing it on her daughter which appeared to be proficient. I told her I had human hair but she never used this type of hair for crochet. I also sent her videos of how to do the method. I sent numerous pictures of the style I wanted to achieve. I went in with my hair washed conditioned. She braided and installed the water wave hair. It came out way to big and she used too much hair. She even stated it looked bad. She suggested to see how it is but stated to go to the store for a looser hair. I went and got new hair plus she suggested to bring the hair I already bought (human hair). I paid her 160 when she requested 150 and said come Tuesday around 430-5 she may have someone in her seat doing a hair dye. I returned the next day at 5:05 with the hair and she started on me around 615. She was able to move faster because she had “practice”. She also spent time doing things outside the basic method to improvise. Overall this time the style came out better with a lot of my direction. Upon completion she asked for more money. I responded that she said she will charge me 150 (I paid 160) and redo it since we made an appointment. She complained about the hours it took and she worked hard. So she charged me an extra 140. This is 300 dollars I spent in two days to be a practice client for a method she admitted she didn’t know how to do. I will never return back to her or her salon. She blamed me for a job she did wrong and incorrectly. That’s like blaming a patient for a bad surgical procedure. Stay away from those who lack integrity. I think she asked for more money because of what I do for a living.
