I got done a couple peeling treatments here. The first one went really well but during the second treatment the substance was left on my face apparently for too long and that burnt my face. I was in excruciating pain for several days and now (after four months), I have a dark shade below my lower lip all the way to the chin. Of course I was planning on getting a treatment to get clear, glowing skin not to suffer the consequences that I experienced. I contacted them several times, the first time I heard back I was offer a “sample” products and I was told I should use them overtime. I expect them to perform a BBL treatment or anything that can repair the damage that was caused; this are treatments that they actually offer but after I requested this they stopped responding. I came here to get the peeling because even though there are at home treatments, I chose to meet with a professional who can evaluate my skin and determine what was best for my skin/ face. It is very frustrating and it is affecting my self-steem to see a dark in this area of my face. Be careful
