You can always expect leaving here with beautiful nails and the customer service is excellent Jenny and Lyn usually take care of me and always receive me with a positive attitude and have great attention to detail. Jenny did my gel manicure today and did an absolutely incredible job. My nails look so good, the team there is efficient and professional. My nails have never looked better. The design on them looks better than the reference photo I showed her. Ask for Jenny and go to Park Nails!!! Gel manicures

They’re nice folks. Very attentive. Some techs are more experienced with designs than others but they do try hard. It’s usually not too crowded and Even Though I always schedule appointments, I can usually call and come right in or even walk in and still get serviced. I like how they call and remind you of your appointment. If you want fancy designs I would advise that you have pictures and be very detailed with what you want.

I went to get my eyebrows and lip waxed and the wax they used on me was so hot that it burned my skin. I went back roughly 24 hours later and showed them my peeling lip and eyelids and they told me it was my fault that my skin was burned. I have been getting my eyebrows and lip waxed about once a month for the last 5 years at other places and have never had this happen. I really wasn’t trying to be accusatory when I walked in, I just wanted my money back because clearly with the burns on my face I was not satisfied with the service I received. Not only was I told it was my fault for their wax being too hot, I was also told by one of them that I was not allowed to ever come back. It was honestly a crazy experience and I am still shocked by how rude they were. I have also gotten my nails done by them in the past
