Critical: Professionalism, QualityI was left to figure out which nail polish to use so a woman who was a customer showed me. Then I was asked abruptly if I wanted a special pedicure or regular. I asked what they have. I was given a menu of services and then the man grabbed it from me! I said do you not want me to have a special pedicure? He said you asked for a regular ( on the phone) pedicure. He mumbled some annoyed stuff then gave it back to me. Then the woman who did the pedicure twice swished her wet hands on my legs! I originally told them to be gentle as I’m in pain. She was getting her Emory board on other toes while doing one toe. Rough is what I said to her! Please go easy on me. I said if you are going to rush and don’t want me here I’ll leave. She hardly spoke to me. Interestingly enough she spoke to her next customer! I didn’t leave because she already started and paid and walked from lot. Me and my boyfriend had brunch then decided to get a pedicure and we had the BEST EXPERIENCE ever. The employees were super sweet, nice and just amazing. My feet feel and look great!!. Sunday I went with two of my best friends Melissa and Omar. I don’t have a lot of experience with manicures and pedicures and I’ve only been to two places but all I know is that every time I’ve been to Park Ave Nails it’s been awesome. The staff is super friendly. The massage chair alone might be worth the trip. On this trip I went with the coconut lime spa which includes a coconut and lime bath, micro exfoliate scrub, 10 minute foot massage with hot stones and a callus removal treatment and heal therapy. I know as men we tend to cringe at the idea of getting manicures and pedicures, but I definitely recommend going with your wife or girlfriend and making an experience of it.
