I got a fill and pedicure today and was highly disappointed. The nail tech that filled my nails did a poor job. She didn’t properly file the nails so after the polish dried, there were lumps and bumps on several nails. As well, the ends of the nails are an uneven and look a mess. When I pointed it out, several workers tried to convince me that it was the polish. The same polish was used on my toes and the paint is smooth. Then, someone offered to merely put a top coat on to fix the problem. I just walked out. What a waste of time and money.

Asked for French tips. First told me I couldn’t do square so she did almond. Then just added white nail tips onto my nails and a clear coat. My friend asked for French right next to me and they did hers square and painted on the white. Got our totals and mine was $10 more than hers.

I’ve been coming to this salon for a while now and I’ve always had a wonderful experience. Tammy does an amazing job and is very receptive to what I’m wanting for my nails. The atmosphere is so chill and the decor is classy and clean. I may have found this place by accident but I’ve definitely made it my go-to salon for all my nail needs.

I tried this place for the first time today. Beautiful salon, clean and peaceful. My tech was efficient. The massage chairs are fantastic, by far the best that I’ve experienced. Overall customer service was fine but you can definitely tell that the service was turned up with regulars. Overall, I’d return. Pedicure

só much glue was used that it ripped off my nail. my thumb had leaked glue which stuck to my skin and i was bleeding. my pinky is in lots of pain and i can’t get it off. it was 85 dollars and the nail tech used gel when i asked for s&s Dip powder

Very clean atmosphere. Very pleasant staff. My nail tech is very creative, and when I want to tone it down she’s just as good. I sometimes take my son with me and we get pedicures together. It’s a very relaxing atmosphere. It’s quite even though it’s busy. I would recommend this salon. Katie is fantastic!

Saturday Aug 13, myself and two other went in for appointments. Mind you, I have been to this salon before and hadn’t had a bad experience, actually was taken very well care of and my nails were nice. I was there to have a gel pedi and gel mani. (Had them done at the same time.) I left and went out of town and after three days my nails and toes had chipped. I called and asked if I could come in and they could take a look, the individual on the phone assured me I could. When I arrived back in town a week later I showed them my nails and toes, every single nail was chipped / cracking. When using gel polish, I understand it happens but not this soon. I arrive at the business and the receptionist has me sit down and has me wait for the lady to come look who did my nails. She arrives and sits down and says, “I didn’t do these. How do you know I did these? Do you even know my name? How do you know I did this?” I simply stated that I recognized her. She got up and went the the receptionist and they had a verbal dispute infront on the salon. I stated that I was not mad or saying she had bad work and that it simply could have been the polish. I said honestly at this point I’ll be okay if you just fix my toe that I have no polish on, he took me to a seat in the back and said I wish you could have come in sooner the policy just states it has been too long and we can’t really fix it for free. He told me that the polish is not indestructible I said yes I understand that, but gel polish shouldn’t chip on day 3 of having it, that’s why I pay the extra money for it. They had an individual fix my toe, and then had the audacity to say that they would only fix one on my nails that was messed up. I said at this point I don’t even want that. I walked to the front and told the receptionist that the lady that was denying saying that she was not the one that did my service the first time was in fact her and he stated he knew it was she just didn’t want to fix all of my nails. I told him I wasn’t asking for a full manicure but a polish change would have been nice. I will not be returning to the salon, and neither will my family.

I went for a fill-in & then was told that i needed a new set. Ok cool, no problem…until the nail tech Rosa decided to rip off 3 of my natural nails and on top of that added acrylic tips to the bleeding nails. Also stated that shes still taking classes for her nail tech license. Yikes! I’ll be going elsewhere for my nails. Acrylic nails
