Please read this review, I’m saving you an assload of money because the prices are outrageous and you don’t get anything good out of it.The pic is of my nails today. I got one nail like this and not only did it take FOUR HOURS, the woman doing this was beyond lazy and hurt me multiple times with her sloppiness and LAUGHED. She bent my nail half off and when I asked for a tip she looked me dead in the eyes and said “no, I’m not doing that.”I said “it’s coming off..” and keep in mind, she was adding tips to another nail at the time. “I said no. Stop it.”Mortified.This looks like a three year old did this.Another time I came here I got my brows waxed and was burnt. Both of my brows had VERY visible scars and just before a trip. Every time I’ve come I’ve been overcharged, they’ve tricked my young kids into saying yes to upcharges, I’ve never left this place satisfied. I’m never returning. Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityI made an appointment for several (4) manicures and (4) pedicures as a part of a bachelorette spa day months in advance and confirmed the appointment the week prior. We walk into the salon at the day and time of our appointment expecting to see chairs open for us and people waiting to take us. Instead the location was full and every employee was busy. Not a single employee acknowledged us or greeted us for 25 minutes. They did all take turns briefly looking at us but never making eye contact or anything as we stood there awkwardly for someone. After 25 minutes an employee comes over to tell us they are running late.When I told them that we have other appointments lined up and would have to cancel some services to accommodate for their lateness she proceeds to pout and talk to the staff about us in front of us. It still took another 15 minutes to get the bride into a manicure chair. We ended up leaving an hour after our appointment started with only the bride getting a manicure. I expected more from a customer service, timeliness, and professionalism standpoint for a salon in this location. The fact that they would prefer to take a walk-in over our guaranteed 8 services, not to mention the other services of the other party of 2 that had to wait equally as long, speaks volumes. I made an appointment for several (4) manicures and (4) pedicures as a part of a bachelorette spa day months in advance and confirmed the appointment the week prior. We walk into the salon at the day and time of our appointment expecting to see chairs open for us and people waiting to take us. Instead the location was full and every employee was busy.
