Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI had my hair cut by Doha multiple times and she always did a very good job. She’s also very kind and friendly. Another time, I came back for a color and it was not what I expected. I was able to come back for them to try to fix it but it made it worse and the color was nowhere near what I wanted, and my hair was damaged. They refunded me so it’s fine. I came back yesterday and Megan did my haircut. I asked her to cut them very short. It looked fine while wet but once I got home And it dried, I could see the cut was not well done since you could see where the hair was cut with the scissors. The style Also doesn’t look good on my face. I will go to another salon to get it fixed.But the worse part for me was that, even though I was trying to be friendly, Megan was very cold and absolutely not friendly. She did not greet me, and throughout the whole cut, She was very short with me. I paid a lot for this cut and I am not satisfied with either the cut or the customer service provided. For the price you pay, I would expect impeccable customer service and behavior from staff. Instead, I got someone who didn’t seem like she wanted to cut my hair. I had my hair cut by Doha multiple times and she always did a very good job. She’s also very kind and friendly. Another time, I came back for a color and it was not what I expected. I was able to come back for them to try to fix it but it made it worse and the color was nowhere near what I wanted, and my hair was damaged. They refunded me so it’s fine.
