I went to Jeannine with long fizzed out hair and a need for the big chop and a change. I brought photos of what I liked and what I did not like and she counseled me on what to expect and how it was a drastic departure from what I had ever done before. She engaged with me every step of the way and made sure I was comfortable and providing styling and care tips for the future with my new style. I went from long hair at the middle of my back to shaved sides. She educated me on the products and gave me tutorials for what I would need to maintain my new style. I am completely in love with my new hair – it completely revitalized me. Thank you so much Jeannine for your care and due diligence and making sure that I would have the best experience possible. Sean is amazing! I needed a cut on short notice and I was able to book with him. He does great layers if you have think hair! He is well trained and very knowledgable. Jessica and Macy are my girls!! I could not have asked for a better experience with my service.I have A LOT of long curly hair and I’m always worried if the salon I go to has someone who knows how to handle my hair. I was so very pleasantly surprised! They both really listened to what I wanted, gave me professional feedback and advice (what products/routines I should be doing), and I ended up with a color and cut that I have fallen deeply in love with!! I was super excited about trying this new hair salon. My appointment was made with Jeannine and I had already picked some pictures of what I wanted beforehand. After showing her the style and color I was going for, I thought I was in good hands. I was already iffy about the price, but knew it was going to be worth it; however, I was crucially wrong. After paying 420$ + a tip, not only did the style not match, but the color of my hair had little to no color change! Naturally, I came back asking her if she could fix the color, however, Jeannine, the same lady who originally did my hair, brushed away my complaints and said I would have to pay more if I wanted her to work on my hair again. I went to see Jessica to have my blond hair color made less brassy and a more even color. I also had 6 weeks of grey roots. I left a brunette and STILL had grey roots. They take no responsibility at all. I will have to have the dark color bleached out and have damage to my hair. Do not go to the Lakeside location! Hair coloring
