The place is styled beautiful and clean. However! The person who did my manicure didn’t do a great job. After spending over $145 for two manicure and pedicure for myself and daughter. You think they do a decent job. We got a call to come in today 06/14/22 at 6pm, since they had a cancelation. They attended my daughter till 6:52pm. I let the front desk lady know 52min wait after having a appointment was a very long time to wait. Her response was “we were short staffed”. Needless to say I won’t be coming back to this nail spa again.

Lily did my nails today and they came out amazing. She asked if I liked my nails ever step of the way. She took her time shaping them and making sure the acrylic blended in naturally. They look just like what I asked for. The place is super clean and pretty. Didn’t have to wait at all. I’ll be going back for sure. My acrylic set with the ombre glitter design was $60… well worth it.

They aren’t transparent about pricing. I asked for a Gel pedicure and tech gave me the spa options. The one I picked was $45 & I said “with gel right? “ she responded “yes”, perfect. What do you know it was $60. I don’t mind but at least tell me the gel up-charge. Also picture are the scabs on my toes from her going to town on my cuticles. She just chuckled when I said “ouch please be gentle” I said this twice & both times was disregarded. Won’t be coming back.

Really disappointed with my pedicure. My first time here. I got there an hour before closing , so maybe that had something to do with it. But three other people came in after me and they seemed satisfied. So idk. The man who did mine was nice but by the time came for my polish it was 7:07pm and they close at 7 so maybe he just wanted to be done for the day. However, they still had four customers in chairs being done for pedicure and manicure both.. So? … I and my husband saw that he messed up my toes when he applied the top coat. Plus my big toes didn’t match in thickness or shape. He didn’t wait long enough for the white to dry. AND got clear coat all over my toes. He kept looking up to me to see if I was going to say anything. I was a first time customer so I just wanted to get out of there so that I didn’t have to start anything and end up getting the same thing over again to fix the mess already on my toes. I’m just going to paint them with clear coat myself. Sadly I doubt I’ll return. Beautiful decor but poor results.

I got a pedicure at this place today . I was happy to see it’s pretty clean. I asked to get the $55dlls pedicure. I picked the color of my nails , then the lady asked me if I wanted Gel , I said sure.

Best pedicure I have ever had. Walked right in and they were really nice. The only reason this isn’t 5 stars is because the flashing lights are more stimulating than relaxing and I have only been there once. My experience with nail salons usually changes after the first time but I have my fingers crossed for this one! Absolutely try it.

Went to go get my nails done (regular acrylics) and dislike them. One hand is longer than the other. Paint job is a bit off too. I have not found a place I love. One thing I did like was the attention my cuticles got.
