What a disappointment. Beautiful salon, unwelcoming and rude employees. It was the day before my wedding, I had made an appointment for two. There was no one else in the salon when they started our session. Pedicure experience: The owner of the salon buffed the side of my big toe so hard it bled. Then, proceeded to get irritated when he had to repaint one tip and slammed the nail polish down on the rack all frustrated. On to manicure experience: The lady was professional aside from her 4 year old daughter who consistently nagged me the entire shellac process (I am not over-exagerrating here). I spent my wedding and honeymoon with a sore scabbed big toe and my french pedicure chipped by the 3rd day. Last, but not least, they proceeded to charge me $5 MORE than what the board said for french pedicure and shellac manicure. NEVER go this place…they do not care about the job or their customers.

It is very unfortunate but this Nail and Spa is THE worst I have ever been to in my 30 years of living. I came into town for a funeral, needed my nails done and was attracted to the cleanliness of this establishment. I received a Pedicure and Fill-in Gel Overlay, the pedicure was great and relaxing but the Fill-in left me crying the day after (although I am 8 months pregnant and emotional, I would have cried anyway!). There was an older gentleman who did my Overlay in which 1 week later 3 nails are chipped, even though I keep them extra short. The polish… horrendous! The color is beautiful put the way (Anna) polished them did the color no justice. She kept blaming her mess ups on the OPI polish while the polish itself has nothing to do with uneven coats. I call in the next day asking for a manager and they put a young gentleman on the phone who did not even work there. To add, Anna gets on the phone yelling “There’s nothing I can do! No manager is here! Come back Tuesday! Im hanging up! Theres nothing I can do”. I was so stuck on my grandmothers funeral that I just swept it under the rug. In conclusion, I would NEVER recommend this nail salon to anyone. I will most definitely write this review for each site that advertises Paris Nail & Spa located in Clarkston, MI due to me having a huge heart and not wanting anyone to go through the stress I once did. Please DO NOT let this place service you for your nail up-keep!

horrible service and would not reccomend this salon to anyone. my sister and I went in to get a full set of acrylic nails, after about 2.5 hours, we left with un-even nails, bleeding cuticals, and many mistakes on their end. I did not want to complain or say anything in the store because there was a customer picking a color and being seated. so instead, I called ten minutes after I left, and just wanted to let them know what to improve on. In excange, I got screamed at by the manager “joe” and didnt even listen to what I had to say, and procieded to hang up on me three times. I would not reccomend this salon, and would convince you to find a different one in the area.
