I was just here at 11:30 today and I left sooo disappointed I was crying. I paid $65 total for a fill and had 2 3D flowers placed on 2 of my nails I will include a photo, not only were my actual nails underneath the acrylics NOT cleaned or trimmed as they get dirty and long between appointments but I felt like the gentlemen that did my nails was more into hurrying up than to doing a good job.

I’m so unhappy and disappointed. I usually do my own nails so, when I have them done by someone else, it’s a special treat. That was not the case today. I went in for a basic mani & pedi. What I left with are nails that are crooked, unbuffed, cutiles that are clipped shabby and a feathery French tip polish. Half of my nails and toenails have been cut/filed at an angle. A total waste of money.

The older gentleman that did my pedicure seemed like he’d never done a pedicure before. He was clumsy with the tools, didn’t do a good job cleaning up the old nail polish, and generally slow and uncomfortable with the process. When he went to apply polish, there were uneven parts (accidental scrapes) and he just kept putting more coats on to cover it up.

Paris nails just lost a customer – I have loved this place for my Gel French Mani and Cathy is the sweet person who provided great service. I received the service last week from another girl and my tip paint came off within 3 days so I went back today to get it fixed. It was not a regular mani but was Gel so should have lasted at least 2 weeks. I went back to get it fixed. They should have given a good customer service and fixed it for free.The lady at the counter was rude (apparently, the owner) and said that it is not our fault. I indicated that I will pay for the service and she blabbered in her langauge to other girls. I did pay additional $8 to the girl who fixed it for me although she was rushed. They took cash and also encourage custoners to pay the tips in cash too. But rude in all other respects so not going back again.
