I like the guys in there..the lady is kinda rude and if she doesnt really like you she will rush on doing your nails. I like the place just not her. Id recommend letting one of the males do your nails as far as shape. Only thing shes good at is design and eye brows

Let me first say the ONLY reason why I come here is for nick to do my nails. Today I called in to have Nick do my nails and get a pedi, it didn’t matter who did it. BIG MISTAKE! The heavy set young Asian guy who was supposed to do my pedicure had an attitude from the beginning, and I was nothing but polite. Starting with the pedi he immediately CUT my toe nail down so low it hurts, he did not take any polish off or ask my how low I wanted him to cut my nails. I expressed to him nicely that he cut my nail too low and he immediately got defensive and started being argumentive. He told me I was showing out because my boyfriend was there. My boyfriend did not say anything nor was I any kind of rude. That was literally the WORST customer service I’ve ever experienced and especially in a nail salon. Will NOT be back. Save your time and money!

If I could give them zero stars I would. There’s a young heavy set guy in there that’s just rude. Let me spend my money somewhere else. What I don’t pay for rudeness and disrespect. They only want black people to spend their money there but not treat you with respect. I went to get my nails dipped since that’s what I have. 1st he didn’t how much it would be, but quickly said $50 for a full set. Then went to speak to someone else about it, which he didn’t tell me what they said. He then threw the swatch down… I don’t know about anybody else, to me that’s rude. However, I will never go there again. They were recommended by a friend.

I showed the tech a picture of how I wanted the shape of my nails. It came out nothing like what I showed him. The gel polish was even worse. The tech rushed and painted my nails so fast. She did not take her time to paint it evenly. I’ve never been so disappointed. This shop wasn’t my first choice but I had to find a last minute salon. Never again. Critical: QualityWell, I’ve been coming here for a little minute now. I do agree with other reviews. My nails have acrylic all around them caked up. My nails are chunky and thick. I would love if I got the same results every time but the more I seem to come the worst it gets. I would love to get the nails I often see her daughter possess. I will be getting these soaked off because I’m fed up. I’m always pleasant and I tip every time but the last occurrence. I truly was unhappy. I got a simple square shape and French tip. I work too hard to have to explain what looks nice when I’m dealing with professionals. This is another reason I stop getting my nails done because I felt some don’t care and I was just a easy dollar. I hate to have to write this but I’m tired of being dissatisfied when I felt I ask for the simplest things. I agree this salon is UNPROFESSIONAL to say the least. Megan is rude, period. I walked in, she didn’t greet me or even smile. She said Come back another day, we are already packed. Mind you it wasn’t, there was literally two people waiting, that’s it. She did my nails once before and she’s very pushy and doesn’t do a quality job because she rushes to get you done. You tell her what you want done and she tells you No and does what she wants. As a paying customer this is unacceptable. The guy Nick is more polite than his wife Megan, but he has no tact either.. He will tell you a color you pick is not for you. They are also inconsistent with prices. One charged me $30 for a fill, Megan $40. I’m done with this nail salon for good. Spend your money somewhere else where you the customer and your satisfaction is valued. I MAY have been able to tolerate the ignorance IF they did great work, but they do not, mediocre at its best.

I came here 4 days ago and asked for something really simple. I just wanted acrylic nails with no polish. They were very rude, terrible customer service, and didn’t say one word to me the entire time they did my nails. Didn’t even ask what shape I wanted, just did what they felt like doing. Also a few of my nails are crooked and they just look terrible for something so simple. I tipped way more than I should have but I won’t be coming here again.
