LOVED our experience here! We are from out of state and came here based on a recommendation of a family friend… so glad we did! Tina was so gentle during my gel manicure and Kylie shaped my sister’s nails beautifully. About 45 minutes for my nail job and about 1 hour for my sister’s (if that!) Huge selection of dip and gel and a professional and friendly staff. Will be coming back every time we visit!

This salon is really lovely. The interior feels brand new, everything is spotlessly clean, there’s no “nail salon chemical smell,” et cetera. They have the widest selection of colors for gel/dip nails I’ve ever seen! My nail tech was so friendly, kind, and casual. I felt very confident in her skills. I think I would visit this salon again. That being said, I have been getting dip manicures every three weeks for 3+ years, and I’ve never experienced scabbing around my nails before (see photo). I should have spoken up when I saw the nail tech going close to my skin with the electric file, but it honestly didn’t hurt and I know that different nail techs have different styles for how they work, and that’s fine! And I was very happy with the way my nails/fingers looked when I left the salon. Over the next four days, though, you can see the dark scabs around my nails that have developed from the electric file taking the top layer of my skin off. I have this scabbing on 7 out of 10 fingertips. They’re not painful, just unsightly. I’m writing this review to encourage people to speak up to their nail tech and ask questions, even if you trust them! As I said above, I believe that I would visit this salon again, since the staff and amenities are genuinely lovely, but I wanted to share my experience. If I visit again, I expect I’ll amend this review to reflect a higher number of stars.

I’m extremely sad and disappointed to write this post however i want to make sure everyone gets the correct service they request. I came in asking for a nail take off AND a manicure. Once she took off my nails she put the oil on, gave me my recipe and told me I was good too go. To my shock I asked if a manicure doesn’t come with a polish color and to my shock again she told me not to do it because it would chip in two days and that I didn’t need it ??? I walked to the counter to pay and the front desk clearly saw I was upset and I explained everything that happen and they didn’t charge me . The picture below is exactly how they let me walk out of the salon, she didn’t even let me wash my hands. Time to look for a new place that actually listens to their customers

I have been wanting to try this salon since they opened. Today I finally did. They are so nice, it’s clean and relaxing. The only drawback is the food channel on the tv now I want to go grocery shopping and be fancy.Great massages on hands and feet perfect pressure. Pedicure, Manicure

The atmosphere is very welcoming and clean. The staff is always pleasant and happy to see you with a warm welcome and they always make sure to say thank you when leaving. I have not had a bad experience with them and have been going to them since they opened. All of the technicians are amazing but I will say Mary and Lexi are my favorite hands down, giving the absolute best messages and always a great conversation. If you haven’t tried Paris Nails I would definitely recommend them, they won’t disappoint!!!
