Tommy is great. He is exceptional in everything he does at Paris nails. He is a great asset here. I have been coming to Paris nails for over a year now and I always ask for Tommy. Passing through Augusta and wanted to get my nails done for a wedding. 5 stars for service, speed and quality. Millie did an amazing job doing gel on my natural nails and listened when I asked her not to cut my cuticles or use the drill. My only suggestion would be that they use new buffers and nail files for each person as it’s not recommended to re-use those items unless cleaned in between. Still great overall.

Nails look great . Before color they show you what it looks like on an acrylic nail; which is nice because the colors aren’t always what you think they will be. Very clean! Fresh water with each manicure . Sanitized instruments with each customer. They definitely gained a new customer. Manicure

I’ve been a committed customer for almost two years now. This place is not like it used to be. I have gone a few more times just to see if I was just unlucky that day. The nail techs I had have been rude or silent, and worst off the nail colors I pick do not match the end result. Prices here are a little higher and I expect my nail color to at least match the one I pick. My friends have had the same issues so I know it’s not just me. I won’t be coming back again and I don’t recommend this place. I would like a refund please!

I’ve been a loyal customer for the past four years, and I regret to inform you that I will no longer be a customer from this point forward. Business isn’t what it used to be; colors are not the same on your hand as they are shown in the color book, recent nail techs have insisted on changing your mind about colors and the service provided and they are in a rush. I recently had to return to have my SNS redone after one week due to two broken nails, color that was patchy, and rough spots on various nails from not drying properly, and I was only given a $5 discount for a nail tech doing a bad job on my nails? I was made to feel as though they were doing me such a favor by giving me such a “generous discount.” I’ve been a loyal customer for years, and this is how customers are treated? I am not one to post reviews, but I am in awe of how this situation was handled and how I was treated.

I had a pedi and mani done. Annie was great very knowledgeable and a pleasant person. My manicure on the other hand was horribly done by someone else. The technician assured me that my SNS looked thick because my nails were short. When I asked her to even them out her attitude became even ruder.

I was shopping in Augusta on yesterday. I decided to go get at mani/pedi with regular nail polish no SNS, gel or acrylic. I looked at the reviews and was skeptical however against my better judgment I gave this place a try. I am upset because not only did the polish chip but one nail the polish is gone completely (a mystery) in less than 24 hours. Needless to say I will not be a patron here again!
