Me and my sister went to paris nails yesterday, we were getting our nails done for a event. i wanted mine a two tone ombré, there is lines throughout every finger nail, it’s not what i wanted at all. my sister was supposed to get a N in old english lettering this is what the N turned out looking like it looks like a kid in elementary school put it on there. also, they are not light handed, they caused us quite a bit of pain throughout the whole process. I have NEVER in my life experienced something like this before with any other place. they couldn’t get their prices together either, they kept switching up the prices on us.

I came in with my mom today for a deluxe spa pedicure treatment, we both got the exact same pedicure treatment. We both sat down at the same exact time. The pedicure treatment I received from Yuki (for the exact same price) was nothing more than a 2 minute soak, shaped with clippers and buffed with a polish change. Very disappointing. I sat and watched everyone else around me get a real pedicure treatment while I sat with a basic polish change.

If i could rate it less i would. They couldn’t get their prices right. I called to verify prices before booking an appointment. The gal (nancy) who helped me pretended she knew how to do nail art only to waste an hour and redo them all then suggested stickers instead. Still charged me ($70) just for mani. Sucks to pay for $30 just polish then they want u to pay extra $10 for french tip then another $20 for gel and another $5 or $10 for nail art or stickers.

My pet peeve is to ask for new files to be used on my feet to have better infection control. The one time I didn’t ask for new ones and now I have a fungus on my toes. Also half the services for the spa pedicure didn’t happen.

Super happy with this salon! I’ve been looking for a good place to get my nails done and I think I finally found it! The shop was adorable, the girls were super nice, and the manicure itself turned out better than any other manicure I’ve had in Moses lake! Definitely worth a visit.

Today was my first appointment. I went for a gel pedicure and a gel fill manicure. I only waited 10 minutes to be taken. The girl doing my pedicure was new. She was nice but seem flustered. I paid for a spa pedicure but feel like I received a basic. I had no real massage and I feel she kind of rushed it. When I asked for a French manicure, she had to ask another manicurist to step in. This woman filed my nails, buffed my nails and corrected any issues prior to polish. I came to find out that she was one of the owners. Great save! Siri did my gel manicure. She did a fantastic job. My fill looks great and is smooth. I choose a purple cat eye polish that looks amazing. My nail shape is on point. The spa was clean and bright. I will be returning.
