The first time I went I had a wonderful experience however since then I have been back twice each time a different girl did my nails and they sucked. I was really excited about this place since it was so great the first time but I haven’t received the same service since. They have good pricing and a great location. Just seems like they drop off on quality later on. I would still recommend. The pedis are great nice big massage chairs, however my paint is already chipping off and I just got them done a week ago. Give and take here. They do good service for first time customers then it completely dipps off, this is good for a quick fix but I wouldn’t recommend them to be your regular place, they definitely need to pick up some customer service skills for retention. 4 out of 10
