Walked in today and was quoted the price of $20.00 for just painting my finger and toe nails. I looked at their polish. It was old, and Dollar Tree Brand. For that price just to paint at least they could have better polish.

HORRIBLE. I went in showing a picture of what I wanted the lady said she could do it. I said are you sure. She says yes. Well as she’s clipping my nails I start worrying because she’s not making sure there the same length she’s just dry cutting them. Then she starts to do my nails when she’s finished they are nothing like the picture I showed her by this time she had already used black powder so my nails are stuck that color so I then show her a picture of black nails with clouds she says ok and draws what she calls clouds on them what is really three dots I said no I don’t like them. By this time three of her co-workers are standing beside her watching and laughing I don’t see anything funny about me wasting my hard earned money on something I don’t even want that she lied to me about being able to do so I ended up just getting glitter on the tips my nails are awful looking there not coffin Style like I paid for there all different shapes and length

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI normally don’t write reviews but this is ridiculous. I will not be coming back to this place. I’ve had to wait over an hour just to get a fill. Julie (the one that sits in the first station) acts like she’s “so busy” when it’s not packed at all. I’ve been waiting for almost an hour just to get ONE nail fixed. I’m sick of the long and horrible wait times. The only reason why I stayed so long is because of Amy (she’s the sweet one) but now I’m done with them. I normally don’t write reviews but this is ridiculous. I will not be coming back to this place. I’ve had to wait over an hour just to get a fill. Julie (the one that sits in the first station) acts like she’s “so busy” when it’s not packed at all. I’ve been waiting for almost an hour just to get ONE nail fixed. Critical: Quality, ValueI would not recommend this salon to anyone. I waited over an hour just to have a rushed pedicure and my nails look like they were just glued on. It hasn’t even been a week and I’ve lost two without force. They rush the job if they think they’re about to lose a customer, instead of focusing on the individual in the chair who is PAYING at that time. This was my second and last time visiting. Both experiences were horrible (and please don’t let them do your lashes.. mine were painful and glue was hard and I was told they couldn’t help me remove them). I would not recommend this salon to anyone. I waited over an hour just to have a rushed pedicure and my nails look like they were just glued on. It hasn’t even been a week and I’ve lost two without force. They rush the job if they think they’re about to lose a customer, instead of focusing on the individual in the chair who is PAYING at that time. This was my second and last time visiting. Now Julie I been knowing her since she was at Quality nails but Friday I got a full set power 1st off went the Lil woman did them I could see the white under the powder so Julie told me we just fo put polish on top I’m like something because I can see my nail now 3 broke 1 broke Wednesday now I cracked pulled it off now its Sunday they closed but I will be there Monday

It was the worse experience I’ve ever had. The customer service was the worse. I asked the worker to simply add a couple coats to make it darker and she told me she didn’t know what I was talking about and that she didn’t have time and walked away to do another customers nails. Also I had two people polishing my nails. I spoke with the owner and told her about the situation and she said she would redo them for me and I told her since it was a problem getting the polish darker I would get a different color, she said that was fine. Then the owner told me I’d have to wait in line again not to mention I had already waited for an hour just to get this poor job done in the first place. So I told her I couldn’t wait I’d just come back the next day which was perfectly fine with her. I came back the next morning and the owner said that all of a sudden I would have to pay to change the color I told her I would pay because they kept acting like it was a problem to get the polish I had already on my nails darker but I ended up leaving the salon and went bought nail polish remover and polish and did my own nails. Their attitudes were horrible as if I had done them wrong. Not to mention I was given a price over the phone then when I came in and asked again to be sure they boosted up the prices on me. That is sad that I had to deal with such horrible attitudes and had to do my own nails after I paid to get them done “professionally”, I will NEVER go back to them or recommend anyone to them EVER again in my life.

I got my nails filled Monday, today is Friday and I’ve already had to glue THREE of my nails back on. I feel this is due to the fact that she used dip powder as if It were colored acrylic powder. I don’t know but I’ve never had three nails pop off in less than a week of getting them done and I’ve been getting my nails done for years. I also called while I was in the parking lot to check prices and was told it was $28 for a fill to change colored powder but once I went inside I was told $38. The customer service was also pretty bad and the women were very obviously talking about myself and my mother in law. It was one of, if not the worst salon I’ve ever been to and will not be going back. I highly advise against going to this salon.
