I’ve been going to this place for almost 3 years. Today I went in and wanted to change my color of my nails. But anyways I’m on a budget cause I just started working again. So I just got plain nails, that should of not been $55 bucks. They should of been $45. All the sudden she wants to charge me extra cause I’m getting my nails taken off. Like I said I’ve been going there for almost 3 years all the sudden she charges me to get my nails taken off when I am getting another set. Who does that?? I will continue to go get my toes done, but other than that I won’t be getting my nails done.

They have bad service when the owner is not there, they increase prices and if you refuse to pay it they lower $5, pedicure does not finish all the cuticle, I will definitely return when their boss is there.

She’s amazing and does my nails so cleanly every time. Every other place in Galveston I’ve gone to likes to leave those gross clumps of color powder under my nails but lee makes sure their nice and smooth under. They’re so friendly and remember people by name, it’s definitely a comfortable environment while also professional with good prices. I definitely recommend this place. Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI had to instruct the nail lady on how to do my nails & even when I told her what I wanted she didn’t do it correctly. This is honestly the worst nail salon I’ve been to. More than one of my nails are crooked. The shape is off. She got the powder all over my hands & I’m still peeling it off. Then they charge you for length, shape, and color without telling you. Just go somewhere else. You’ll be wasting your money.
