First let’s talk about the ghetto receptionist. Next let’s talk about how I was there 10 minutes before someone not my same color and they took her before me. But since another technician was finishing a client I figured he was going to take me but no he actually decided to talk to his doctor coworker for a few minutes until his other coworker told him in their language to wait on me. Now two weeks later I decided to go back to get a pedicure and it was horrible service again. I guess I should take the hint that they can survive off my race not spending money there and stop going to that establishment.

DOWNHILL! I am incredibly frustrated with the service I and my little sister received. I specifically came here because I was back in town and this is where I went all throughout high school and always loved Diana’s work. I wanted a simple design that I showed before having my nails done, which she said she could do. The color I wanted was a sheer/natural nail color. She proceeded to do the pink powder gel which was far from what my picture looked like. I spoke up 3 different times that I was worried it didn’t look like the picture.

Horrible place got my nails done with my kid, first red flag was him cutting my fingers all up plus upcharing me and not answering me when I kept asking how much it would cost so much more happened but after hours I payed went home unhappily wanted a refund bc they didn’t look like the pic plus whole experience was promised it wouldn’t be an issue was asked to come in next day to listen to them yell and not fix them unprofessional

This is the first time I’ve ever been to Paris Nails and this is gonna be my permanent nail salon from now on! I absolutely love this place! Lan is the first person ever that actually took her time with the sides of my nails, everyone else just slapped the gel on and didn’t care what it looked like. This is the first time that I walked outta a salon COMPLETELY satisfied. I will definitely be coming back and having Lan as my permanent nail lady!

I got the dip powder done and they started to chip only a few days after. I went in and they fixed one of my nails for free, but they were chipping again even after that. They also only did one coat of the dip powder which is probably why they chipped off so easily that quick. It’s been about 3 weeks since I’ve got them done and my nails are so chipped and look awful now. I don’t think it’s worth the money ($40 + tip) when you can go somewhere else where they won’t chip as quickly.

I’ve gotten my nails done here probably 75 times. Something I’m disappointed in is how often they (acrylic full set w gel polish) chip or one or two of them falls off just a few days later. I went in to get one fixed that fell off two days after I got them done and they charged me for it. So disappointing. A nail shouldn’t fall off two days after you get it done, nor should it be on the customer to pay to get it fixed. I think some humility and determination to fix an error would go a long way.
