Critical: ValueWent in for reindeer nails that were supposed to be tan, brown and gold, they never said they weren’t sure they could do them, half way through the woman is putting black and orange on my nails like Halloween colors & when I mention it, acts like I should just be happy, because they weren’t sure they had the colors to do it. Kept trying to push jewelry on me too and other services. Went in for reindeer nails that were supposed to be tan, brown and gold, they never said they weren’t sure they could do them, half way through the woman is putting black and orange on my nails like Halloween colors & when I mention it, acts like I should just be happy, because they weren’t sure they had the colors to do it. Kept trying to push jewelry on me too and other services. I Paid $120 for myself and my daughter, just for it not to be what we wanted, we won’t be back.

Critical: Cleanliness, Quality, ValueI’m not the one to complain about places… however with that being said, I paid $45 for this set and I’m very disappointed. I’ve been thinking long and hard about making this review because I’ve been getting others opinions thinking I was grading them too harshly. I’ve gotten way too many people thinking my exact thoughts so I had to share. First, the place was dirty, nail clipping everywhere on the floor not cleaned up. The workstation itself that I sat at was a mess, things thrown everywhere. I waited about 20 min to get seated which isn’t a problem to me however when I got my nails done, one thumb was shorter than all other nails and instead of taking it off and redoing that one after she cut it, she just cut the other thumb to match it. On top of that, I asked for a square shape and it seemed like she just kept putting as much acrylic powder/whatever it is on it. My nails look “puffy” and not at all like I’ve ever previously had done. This set was probably worth $10-$15 but I paid $45 which is ridiculous for the outcome. I’m not the one to complain about places… however with that being said, I paid $45 for this set and I’m very disappointed. I’ve been thinking long and hard about making this review because I’ve been getting others opinions thinking I was grading them too harshly.
