Paris Nails

Critical: Professionalism, QualityPoint blank, the husband of the shop needs a muzzle. He did a poor job on my nails and only asked me about boyfriends and made rude comments about my feet, pointing out imperfections in front of the wife and another customer. He painted on my actual skin to give it “fake nail” or extra length which I didn’t ask for and was trying not to engage in conversation with him at all up until that point. I had to argue with him to remove it until his wife swooped in to clean it up. I came there to cheer myself up in the first place and Im out of town and unfortunately went to them because of the misleading rating but was met with this weird old man. I almost felt bad for the wife until she freaked out when my card declined and instead of letting me know so I could correct it sooner, she frantically called over for that husband as if she was afraid I was going to refuse to pay (even after waiting patiently for her to come to the desk and take my card). I recommend a staff meeting to sort out the weird behavior. Luckily, I still LOVE my feet no matter what shape they are in, am happy I have them, and I picked a great color. I just wish I didn’t pay for that kind of service or have gone at all. Point blank, the husband of the shop needs a muzzle. He did a poor job on my nails and only asked me about boyfriends and made rude comments about my feet, pointing out imperfections in front of the wife and another customer. Positive: Quality, ValueI love to go here. It’s less expensive than some of the others close by but better quality. I went to a different one when they were closed and my nails were chipping in a couple days. This is my favorite place!!Services: Manicure, Pedicure

My SNS nails where not done right, the were put on kinds curvy, not filled to the cuticle or done like any other nail salon I have went to. She had me in her chair and out of her chair in less than 15 minutes. And that’s from start to finish. I know sns don’t take long but she did no shaping, no cleaning up her nail job or anything. I went here rhe first time yesterday with my sister who talked so highly of this establishment and unfortunately I will never return. My SNS nails where not done right, the were put on kinds curvy, not filled to the cuticle or done like any other nail salon I have went to. She had me in her chair and out of her chair in less than 15 minutes. And that’s from start to finish. I know sns don’t take long but she did no shaping, no cleaning up her nail job or anything.
