Went in there to get my acrylic off of my thumb, I explained to them that it was falling off due to the glue and how long they’ve been on there. They proceeded to talk bad about me while I was there waiting for 20 minutes. They don’t care about their customers. I was on the phone, and she ripped my thumb nail completely off and laughed when I screamed and jumped up. They said nothing as I left… they didn’t sanitize anything before beginning on my nails and made me pay $60 FOR THIS.

I’m so glad that I decided to go to the Paris Nails. I came half our too early and while waiting for my nail lady to finish her client, the owner helped removing my old nail color so I don’t have to wait that long. the lady that then take care of my nails, she was very sweet too. She was also fast and made sure how I wanted my nails. She did a very good job! Thank you
