Had a great experience with Cindy. Walked in with no appointment and was taken care of quickly and efficiently! Edited to add: I had a little mishap with my nail the next day, I called the salon to see if they could please fix it. They fit me in right away and fixed it for me perfectly! Wonderful experience, will definitely be back!

The service was pretty good. I asked to have the dipping power removed from my nails and to do acrylic nails this time but she either didn’t listen to me or wanted to do whichever service that was more expensive which is the dip powder. The very next day 1 nail broke which has never happened to me before since doing the dip powder. Also, I was charged a convenience fee without being informed.

Went in for a fill in less than a week ago and the guy who started was super nice but took almost an hour just filling them in and trimming them, then had another gal come and paint them which took another 30-45 minutes. They were both super nice so I didn’t mind although, I was late to work after. They have a sign that says they offer student discounts and when I showed my ID apparently it’s only Monday-Thursday even though that’s not on the sign. Ended up paying almost $50 for a no chip fill in and here I am 5 days later with 3 nails chipped and both my thumb’s polish is peeling off in 1 piece. This is ridiculous and I will not be going here anymore.
