I’ve been here at least 5 times for pedicures and nails. My pedicures done by a male with tattoos were good. The first time i went in the guy in the very front was awesome! The last 2 times i walked in and got nails done by an older lady with glasses. She cut my cuticle the first time and today I requested a new set. She ripped my old set off with clippers, false nails and her fingers. It hurt so bad and now my fingers are sore!!!! She cut one one my nail beds and it began to bleed. She didn’t apologize and said accidents happen. She was rude!!!! I told her I wanted someone else to do my nails and she acted like she didn’t understand and made excuses. I will never go there again!!!!!!!

I’ve never gone anywhere else to get my nails done because they never disappoint. John always does my nails, he is not only great at what he does, but just great at customer service and interaction. They’re always kind and prompt, and the prices can’t be beat. Love it here and will never stop going. Acrylic nails

Critical: Professionalism, QualityThis was my first time and never again.The lady I was with was rough and rude. She kept moving my have and saying “ugh”.
