probably one of the worst nail jobs i’ve ever received. my fingers were burning because the nail tech kept filing over my skin and drilled too much into my skin. my nails are also smudged and sloppily done. there is a huge separation between my fills and it’s very visible. also she was chatting the whole time so it took even longer. DO NOT COME HERE!!!!!

I came here for a quick French mani after another salon in the area gave me a very bad experience. This place did not let me down! They were quick, professional, and did an amazing job. The prices are more than reasonable. I highly recommend this salon, definitely the best in the area. Manicure

The worst place I ever tried, the owner was very rude I had appointment when she was doing my nails she left me and took another customer without apologize to me or say anything , she left me waiting for her to finish how rude she is, ofcourse i left without finishing my nails and I will never ever go back again, I told few of my friends to stop going there and find another place.

Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityI made an appointment for 2 people (2 pedicures and 2 manicures) for 11:30 am. When we arrived, the lady reacted as though as we did not make an appointment and made us wait. We waited for almost 30 min and then finally sat down for a pedicure. Dipped our feet in the tub of water for about 20 min. When I asked her if she could heat the water, she made a comment in her native language with one of her co-worker. So we waited for almost an hour and then finally decided to walk out as they behaved like we did not exist. I really wanted to love this place. The ladies there are so nice but the way my manicure turned out this was very sloppy,uneven and just awful for the price I was charged ($80 for manicure and pedicure). The acrylic is very lumpy and thick. When i first arrived and showed the young lady a picture of what I wanted she stated that the person that could do the design was off and would be in on Monday but she would ask her sister if she could do it. I showed the sister the design and she said she could do the design I wanted. I should have just passed on the manicure because to see the young lady struggle with attempting to use the paper nail form sticky’s was a disaster. She didn’t seem very experienced. You would have thought it was her first time . Needless to say I will not be going back to this business. The only thing I was satisfied with was my pedicure. Manicure was was very sloppy and a waste of money.

If you are booked just say ‘no’ to the appointment request and we’ll find another appropriate time. Absolutely do not tell me you can take me in and make me wait for an hour and let me leave without even a wink . You may be 4.5 stars at the time of the review but if you are going to let that create over confidence and disrespect your customers who had the courtesy to wait for an HOUR, the two of us are enough to be major detractors of your business. Everyone who is going to ask me about this salon, this review will be what is echoing.
