I used to love this place as a loyal customer until today. After waiting almost 30 minutes my daughter and I were told we cannot be seen because two women who walked in 20 minutes after us had appointments and we had to re schedule. Mind you this was still 20 minutes before they closed which should have meant all customers in the door prior to closing should have been served.

I used to love coming to this place. I stoped going because City Nails did a better job. I was in the area and made an appointment, because it was close by. The girl who did my pedi, didnt do a good job. She didn’t file my toenails down good. And rushed the entire process. The place needs some updating! It looks so old and dusty inside. Paint chipping on the walls, tile chipping on the floors, mirrors were dirty and the workers are too busy on their phones. A good makeover will bring in more business.

I went to get ONE nail fixed . i was better off keeping it as is especially before work . She glued my actual nail to my skin , glue all over my finger , and peeled skin off near my cutical. When I told her she was hurting me she yanked my hand twatd her in efforts to continue anyway . I also had to file my nail myself . If I could post the picture I would . Disgrace. Poor customer service .
