Top notch service from the time you walk in to the time you leave!!! Receptions was very friendly and inviting. The stylist did a great job on my hair. Turns out it was the owner that cut my hair. She was very easy to talk to and welcomed me back. Awesome place to do business.

These stylists are not very good. In my opinion they need to go back to school and get further training. The owner had also colored my hair several times and it was not that good. She left a lot of out-growth on my hair showing and no matter how many times I explained what I wanted she could not figure it out. I have not had this issue at any other salon I have been to. The owner then hired a new girl who colored my hair once and the colored turned out yellow, very patchy, and my roots were showing so bad still. I called the owner and told her how bad it was and she told me that I would have to pay to have it redone. Beware before making an appointment here. There are much better salons in Grayslake.

This is THE BEST hair salon in Grayslake! I have been coming to Paris Hair Design for 6 years and have always had a great experience. Amy, the owner, does my hair and is talented beyond her years. Amy always always listens to what I want to do with my hair and never fails to give me exactly what I ask for. She is the only stylist that colors my blonde hair the color I want and she always gives me great tips for styling and tells me which hair products are right for me. My daughter has been to several of the other stylists at Paris Hair Design – Rachel, Brittnee, and Shalina – for haircuts and gorgeous highlights and had gotten beautiful up-do’s when she was in high school from Erin. The newly located salon has a really cozy atmosphere, everyone is friendly, and you feel relaxed as soon as you walk in the door, plus the prices are low compared to where I used to go. If you’re thinking of trying a new salon, I’d highly recommend Paris Hair Design.
