Well.. I went into PG salon to have Suzanne, the owner, (hopefully) fix my hair which was an awful mess. I had a pretty good case of haircut PTSD/anxiety from messed up cuts that I had previously tried to fix and was hopeful but nervous at the same time. I left so happy- giddy- because I FINALLY got what I wanted, felt listened to, validated, reassured, etc. Hard to communicate what you want sometimes and had anxiety/lost confidence that I would ever be able to explain. Alas, Suzanne really took the time to understand, talk me through the steps, and delivered after spending an hour and a half with me. So glad I didn’t give up.. 🙂 Thank you!
