No one spoke to me when I walked in and finally after a few minutes a woman pointed to where I had to sign in. After 15 minutes the woman who pointed and said she would be right with me got her purse and left. Did not say a word, just left. That left one woman doing a guys beard and after 35 minutes of her flirting and pretending to do work I got up and left. I understand it takes time but this place has the rudest people and I will spend my money elsewhere.

Walked in , they didn’t even acknowledge 10 min later I realized I had to put my name down, they didn’t even say hi or anything , or to sign in or nothing, they could have at least said it was going to be a while or that they were leaving, I was waiting and when they finished with the haircuts they were doing 2 of the girls left without even saying not one word to us, left one girl there and she was already cutting hair. Worst customer service ever!!!! What’s waste of time! Save your trip here!

Wanted a simple shoulder length haircut nothing fancy ask for no layer specifically because my hair is super thick and gets messy. One of the last things she does is puts layers in my hair, ask her what she’s doing I said no layers. “Oh no worries this is going to make it thin” obvious in her face that she forgot I said no layers. So now I have to wait for months to for all the layers to grow out and get them cut so my hair can be even. I suggest listening to your clients, they’re hair goals, their needs and their concerns rather than freestyling on people’s hair.

They took for ever, they are way too slow. It took 1.5 hrs to finally get to me then it took for ever to finish I SWEAR FIRST AND LAST TIME GOING TO THIS PLACE
