This was my first visit at this salon and I’ll come back. I got a full set and the tech was quick, thorough, and did a good job. The salon is clean, bright, and well-staffed. It was incredibly busy and the techs were working hard.

I’m so confused what all the rage is about this place. I made an appointment for dip + tips online then got haggled the entire appointment that I should actually get acrylic. I asked for long almond, the same shape I walked in with, ended up with short round nails that are kind of all pointed in different directions. The lady (Kim) doing my nails could see I was confused the whole time and kept saying she would fix them later. And to top it off the dip color was super splotchy and inconsistent. And then!! You don’t even get a hand massage at the end. Also online it said this service was $56, dip w tips and solid color. Somehow I got charged $75. Won’t go back, not worth it at all.

This was a few months ago but I’m still sharing my bad experience with this specific salon, message from their Instagram: Hello I am reaching out to your business I’m not sure who reads the messages or any of the reviews but yesterday my daughter and I had an appointment and we waited a good 10 or 15 minutes to be helped to get some gel X nails and a pedicure the girl doing my gel X nails (Tif) needs to work on her customer service she tried so hard to be rude which really wasn’t necessary didn’t clean the extra skin around my nail area and did a bad job on the thumbs my nails were supposed to be coffin not square the girl doing my pedicure (Tiffany) she was easy on my feet but did not clean off the excessive red nail polish off on my skin around my toenails and cut my toenail crooked. My daughter and I will not be returning ever for the bad customer service and the sloppy job that they do on the nails both pedicure and manicure, It is too expensive to be having a bad experience at the salon.

Hard pass! The condition of this salon is so run down and dirty. All the pedicure chairs have major rips, tears, and are super uncomfortable. The online pictures of a nice salon are very misleading. The dirty pics posted by other customers are completely accurate. Makes me question the cleanliness of the tools, nail polish etc. Pedicure

DO NOT GO HERE!! I have never left a nail salon feeling so scammed out of money in my life. You are constantly haggled and uncharged, and they will have just anyone – even someone with no experience – do you nails. I asked for long almond shaped dip tips and ended with short stubby nails with the worst dip application possible.

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityToday was my first time at this nail salon and I did like the quality of the Gel manicure I got. Terry did my nails. She was friendly, fast and listened to what I wanted. I asked for Almond shaped nails with French tips, and that’s exactly what I got. The place is clean and neat. The lady at the reception (not sure if she’s the owner or not) was friendly as well. They don’t take Credit cards, they only accept Cash or Venmo, which is not something you hear of very often at nail salons. I don’t use venmo, but lucky me I had cash. The only downside for me is the Price – which is why I took off 1 star. I paid $47 without tips. Their regular gel manicure is already above average at $37 compared to other salons in Irvine and Tustin, but to have the French gel manicure priced at $47 was for me, quite a lot, for someone who does their nails every 3 wks. Would I go back? I might, if I feel like having beautiful french manicured nails. One of the cleanest nail salons I’ve been to. My friend and I got mani pedis here and we were both very pleased by the service. I saw a sign that offered champagne during your service, but we were never offered any by the employees.

I felt rushed and the women didn’t even dry my feet all the way and there wasn’t a place to put my feet to dry them and she didnt stay to dry them all the way and left. I asked why they do this and the girl responded “it’s less work for the next time” so all they have to do is drill off the top gel and fill the clear dip that’s underneath. I got a simple pink with stars and my total was $90. Yes you’re reading that right…$90. $48 for the dip, $32 for the design and $10 to remove the existing dip I came in with.Second, occasionally my fingers will slightly twitch. Nothing major and nothing that causes an issue. The tech kept pushing my fingers down and looking up at me with a blank stare. I explained to her that sometimes my fingers twitch and she proceeded to push my fingers down. I’m 99% sure she was telling the other techs as well because they kept looking at me while she was talking to them. I asked why they do this and the girl responded “it’s less work for the next time” so all they have to do is drill off the top gel and fill the clear dip that’s underneath.
