Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, ValueThis is one of the worst experiences of my life. I realize they may not treat all their customers this way but it happened to me and so I need to make my voice heard on this. I made an appointment with them this Thursday morning at 9 am. I go there only to find the doors closed and no one there. I spent an hour and no one showed up. After a couple of days, I call them to find out what happened and why no one showed up and they HAD THE AUDACITY to deny it to my face. They claimed I’d gone to the wrong place and that one person was in the store. Here’s the crazy part: It was the fourth time I was going there. I knew where it was. And better yet, as I sat on the floor outside the doors of their barber shop, I called numerous times and I could hear the phone ring both through my phone and through the door of the store in front of me. But according to them the place was buzzing and I was in the wrong location. My time is far too valuable for this behavior. This is one of the worst experiences of my life. I realize they may not treat all their customers this way but it happened to me and so I need to make my voice heard on this. After several attempts someone finally answers and says there was an employee that didn’t come in so they had to close the shop.
