Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueDo not recommend. We went in the evening and they clearly did not want us there. Rushed my gel nails which fell off in a week. Gave my friend CHUNKY acrylic nails and charged her $80. In one sentence: over priced for low quality nails and experience.

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueI exclusively go to this salon for my dip manicures. Anywhere else breaks, chips and/or damages my nails. My nails are naturally stubby and short, but ever since I started going here regularly (around a year ago), people mistake them for fake nails!!! I exclusively go to this salon for my dip manicures. Anywhere else breaks, chips and/or damages my nails. My nails are naturally stubby and short, but ever since I started going here regularly (around a year ago), people mistake them for fake nails!!! Johnny is the best for making sure my already fragile, thin nail beds aren’t getting more damaged through the buffing process!!!

Critical: ProfessionalismI used to come here all the time, but the past two times I have been there have been less than lovely. The first of the two I ended up asking to change my nail color after they were done, which I already felt terrible about and made sure to tip accordingly, but the man who did my nails was very rude and did a pretty low quality job on the second color because he was visibly rushing.The second of the two times I picked out my color and my technician told me three times before she started that she knew I changed color last time and if I was sure I wanted the one I picked that day. I answered politely each time that I know I changed color but I wanted the one I chose. Throughout the entire service she was yanking my wrists and hands to the point where it would hurt (I know they re-position when they need to but it was more aggressive than re-positioning.)Lastly, I didn’t have cash that day so I used their ATM because they said in full confidence there was no fee. The first of the two I ended up asking to change my nail color after they were done, which I already felt terrible about and made sure to tip accordingly, but the man who did my nails was very rude and did a pretty low quality job on the second color because he was visibly rushing.
