I’ve been coming to this salon for almost a year, the people who work here do a nice job. The last time I came in, I made an appointment at 11:30am and was not helped until 1:00pm. I know it was a weekend but it was a huge waste of time. I sat with acetone on my fingers for an hour and did not get helped. They made me pay $40 to take my nail polish off. They did not let me have a refund. It was awful service, the owner books appointments too close and the works prioritize other customers over people who have appointments. Unfortunately I will not be going back because they wasted my time.

Walked in and they took me right away with no appointment even tho they appeared busy. I got the sns dip powder manicure (SO many colors to choose from) and it turned out great. She (I believe her name was Jenny) was very gentle! No discomfort at all. She did a great job at making sure they were all smooth and even. I will be back!

The staff was incredibly rude. I will not be returning. I literally spent over 2 hours at this salon getting a dip manicure and regular pedicure. With dip you can not tell the actual color until they put the clear coat on and when I realized it was not at all the color I picked out, I let her know. I said I wanted white like the swatch I picked out. The color on my nails was clear, which I later realized that if the swatch was white under the clear coat that was the confusion. The woman doing my nails was clearly upset and annoyed and told me I should have picked out the right color in the first place. I explained it was white on the swatch. She eventually ended up taking all of the powder off and picked out whatever color she decided which was again not white, but a clear pink! At that point I just wanted to leave. I again was told 3 more times how I should have picked the right color in the fist place. I told her I was done with her telling what I have done wrong, paid, and left.

Clean and everyone is very nice! Great service and my nails look great every time! They actually put the color all the way to your cuticle so it doesn’t grow out as quickly. They also use plastic lining with the pedicure tubs!

I got an appointment at 11:30 one of them told me kindly that it was too busy and to come back at 2. I came back at 2, waited for 30 minutes before someone take care of me. Then rudely asked me to pay by cash because they don’t accept either credit or debit card. Anyway this place is very disappointing I don’t understand the good reviews. Maybe for the work done because it is the only good thing.

This is my favorite go-to nail place. They always have time for you. Good massage chairs, a zillion OPI colors. Lan is my favorite, been seeing her for years. She gives amazing massage! Linda and Jenny are great too.
