She did a twist to what I asked for and I absolutely love them. She is amazing and if y’all are looking for an amazing nail tech she is the one! Thanks again Beth

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueHorrible quality!This Is my second time at this nail salon.The first time I had a pleasant pedicure, and relaxing foot massage and in general was pleased.I had an out-of-town guest with me who got the upgraded version of the pedicure, supposedly longer massage, stones etc. she was finished in half the time that it took my pedicure. She was extremely disappointed and vowed to never come back.I went back today and found that the service was horrendous.My friend and I both had basic pedicures, we were finished in 20 minutes, there was no cuticles cut or pushback, there was no leg massage. It was the worst kind of expressed service that I’ve ever seen. Completely not relaxing.The crazy part about it was they were empty, they had nail technicians sitting with nothing to do, they had no waiting customers, and yet they didn’t bother to do the very basics for a pedicure.Unlike nail palace. I have been there numerous times, tried to get in today and they were booked for the next five days. I decided to give this place another try.The difference is that nail palace cares they go above and beyond to make sure that you’ve had a great experience this place does not care they’re lazy, And do the absolute least amount necessary to get you out the door.With tip and pedicures I paid $70. Horrible quality!

Critical: Professionalism, ValueI had an appointment for manicure and pedicure. No one was friendly. They were talking amongst themselves and not engaging with customers at all. They were not busy at the time, there was only one other person there. I even went out of my way to try to talk and be friendly. In addition I opted for a basic service and barely got that. What I received was a polish change. I will NOT go back nor recommend this place. I had an appointment for manicure and pedicure. No one was friendly. They were talking amongst themselves and not engaging with customers at all. They were not busy at the time, there was only one other person there. I even went out of my way to try to talk and be friendly. In addition I opted for a basic service and barely got that.
