Very basic typical Asian bare bones nail salon. Not sure they actually autoclave the instruments, as the packages weren’t even sealed. Poor quality polish selection and cheap lotions. Manicure looks mediocre. Very nice pedi massage though. And Tracy was sweet.

It’s a clean and open salon. The ladies are so nice here. It’s busy though so I recommend an appointment. They move quickly so it’s a great place to come if you’re in a hurry. Lots of color options. They have dip, gel, and regular.

I called for an appointment 10 minutes before the time I needed and they were ready to see me before it closes (actually they stayed longer to finish the service and I’m beyond gratitude for that). The service was great, many different nail polish colors available and the chair was a nice touch during the manicure and pedicure service. This is my first time doing nails around here so I don’t have any other business to compare with. I was a little hesitant to go when after seeing a few stars in the app but I’m happy I went. I called for an appointment 10 minutes before the time I needed and they were ready to see me before it closes (actually they stayed longer to finish the service and I’m beyond gratitude for that). I have had many other regular gel and dip powder gel manis done, and sometimes there would be issues with quality. I friend referred me to Niki and right away I was very impressed with her professionalism and the quality of her work. (It turns out, many manicurists are not trained on the dip powder technique and don’t really do it correctly. Yikes!) I trust Niki and would recommend her and Paradise Nails Carmel to anyone. I friend referred me to Niki and right away I was very impressed with her professionalism and the quality of her work. I love this place for acrylic nails from one woman. cindy is great. I just found a new woman who does acrylic nails here too and they were amazing! it’s been 3 weeks and they’re still on! But—- DONT EVER GET A WAX HERE. They do a horrible job and miss a ton of spots. too bad I went on vacation the next day or I would have made her fix it. $60.00 down the drain for that wax.
