Got charged an extra $10 to get my previous dip off–didn’t like that because it is part of a manicure service to remove what was there before without charging the customer extra. I had bubbles on my lacquer, saw the scratches on my natural nails through the polish after they were shaved, as soon as I walked to the car I noticed every little detail that was wrong with my nails. Went back in to get it fixed and had to wait again. I was there from 11am-1:43pm. I could’ve waited but I had chores to do. I was not expecting to spend that long to get mani and regular pedi. So sad . I’ll give them another try, let’s hope is better next time.

I was not impressed with my acrylic set, but the pedicure was wonderful, and my toes look great. The atmosphere and service was very good. Though I don’t really care for how my acrylic nails came out, the gentleman that did them was very kind and made sure I had a good experience.

This was quite possibly one of the worst pedicures I had ever received. The place was not clean at all. The water was cold. I told the woman doing my nails I did not want gel and she basically refused to do anything besides gel. It was extremely overpriced and I had a really negative experience. I upgraded to a more deluxe option and she still rushed through the appointment. It took maybe 20 minutes. When she finished my painting my nails the paper towel was stuck to my nail and I had to pull it off. I would not recommend going back.

I’m new to the area came to this place because I didn’t see that many bad reviews. Customer service was lacking big time!!! The ones I came across had bad attitudes, mean mugged as in they made facial expressions like they were irritated. Got there at 3 and didn’t get out till 6. I didn’t even do any crazy design on my nails. Don’t recommend this place to anyone.
