This establishment was completely empty when I arrived and there were only two works. The manager-esk lady was very indifferent and barely greeted and the worker that actually did my nails didn’t really speak English so I had to go through the manager-esk worker to make it known what services I wanted. The worker that ended up doing my nails took her time (yay) but it tool about an hour and a half for a fill (acrylic). The worker said she could fix my nail and ended up breaking it (my natural nails are naturally long) and then she said she’d put a tip on–BUT she charged me 5$ for the tip on the nail she broke.

I’ve been coming here every month for a pedicure for the past 2 years. So worth it. Great care and attention to detail. AND they’re very gentle if you’re not used to it. Took my daughter for her first ped and she loved it.
