I found this place because they do their banking where I work. I had never tried out this place, but wanted to check it out as I had been meaning to get my nails done. I was very pleased – everyone was super friendly, the quality of the work done was great, and the shop was cozy, but neat 🙂 It was my first time here but I will definitely come back. P.S. I am looking for a new place to get my once a month pedi done. Because I am new to the area I figured I would give this place a try since it is close to home. Everyone was very nice, but I did not have a good experience. I was the only client in the facility and felt my pedi was very rushed. I was in/out in 20 minutes tops. While again very nice, the gentleman doing my pedi was rough and did cut one of my toes. The water in the spa was luke-warm and I was not offered any callus removal. He did a quick scrub and that was it. While the polish looked nice, my feet (callus/dry skin) still appeared the same as when I walked in as to when I left. Overall, it was disappointing and I will not be returning.

I’m glad this place is UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT! I used to love ProfessioNail and now I love to come here again! Very convenient location, close to Starbucks and Sharky’s. Friendly people and they do a great job! I get Gel because it lasts long and keeps my nails looking fabulous for more than a day. Jessica, the nail tech, is the best at what she does. SHe is very experienced. I love the way she massages.

This place does not value your time. Called in for an appointment. Waited an hour while I watched 2 employees work on 1 customer. When I got up to leave one of the employees rushed over as if she was ready for me which was gross because she was still wearing gloves that she used on the customer before me.
