Second visit: bad experience. Lady was in a hurry as if someone is chasing her. She messed it up and again took color off reapplied color and yet it was bad. My cuticles have color. And even bumps on my nails. Not $35 worth!

The receiving sir owns his welcoming smile with professionalism and capacity. Phan is the manager and or owner with a comforting leadership and embracing behavior. Enviroment is clean ,inviting, and peaceful. I received a happy feet pedicure and the bubble bath manicure of with both are exceptional. Definately a service to come back for more.

Overall she does good work but the customer service here is awful. Today, 12/31/21 I had an appt with her at 9:30 am. I was on time. She walks in at 9:45 am. Ok no problem. She was doing my nails so fast like if she was being chased. She cut my cuticle (pinky in image), got up like 10 times, walked away another 10 times answering the shop phone, her cell phone, handling walk-ins and making appointments. I only had three minutes the entire visit without any interruptions. How is that supposed be relaxing. She usually wears her headphones while she does my nails. I think it’s unprofessional but I overlook it. I showed her the picture of what I wanted. She said ok and then after she did the dip powder she said I don’t have the gold did you want that? If you would have been paying attention and not doing other stuff maybe the customer service would have been better. I will never go back to this place as this is the pattern. I will find another nail salon. I do not recommend. I’ve been going to this nail salon for about a year now. I’ve consistently have seen Tracey. Overall she does good work but the customer service here is awful.
