Ever since I was younger I visit here and the customer service is great. I love the pedicure service the most because it’s so quick and relaxing. They always do a great job getting people in and out with what they want or beautiful alternatives. Last time I went I got this beautiful all white pedicure with a soft pink full set. I have gotten more “dramatic nails”, but the diversity in skill is like none other. I love this nail salon it’s always been welcoming and respectful to every who comes in respectfully because let’s not forget they are hard working humans doing us a service. And I will forever recommend Paradise Nails and I’m grateful for their hard work.

I have been going to Charlie and Snow since Trang was a toddler. I have watched Trang and her sister Rikki grow up. Trang has been doing my nails for years now. They do amazing work. Their shop is very clean. I have never had a problem with them. The whole family is very polite. The prices are very reasonable compared to other shops.

They speak to each in their native language, making uncensored comments and remarks about the customers. First problem is that me and my friends appointment was at 2:30 and we didn’t get seated until almost 3:30. We came in to get fillings. The lady who did me and my friends nails was extremely rude. My friends nails look like a 3 year old did them. I cannot believe how much polish she left on the skin around her nails. I had a crack in one of my nails that needed fixing and instead of fixing it she just painted over it (which by the way is still VERY visible). I also asked her to make my nails a little shorter and she told me that would cost extra! REALLY?!? She was also very rough and made me bleed around my nails. I will NEVER go here again and wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone!!!
