Spend hours there. Left to get food. Came back to get our nails done. Provided pictures of what we wanted and didn’t receive but ignored anyway because of previous troubles. Critical: QualityI actually got SNS. This was my first time coming here and I will not be back. Just a messy and rushed job. He asked me what color I wanted instead of letting me choose. I asked him to fix my nails multiple times and he just kept filing them away and stated “the oil will make it look better” and put oil all over my hands. I asked him to fix my nails multiple times and he just kept filing them away and stated “the oil will make it look better” and put oil all over my hands. I was recommended to Paradise nails with a gift certificate for a manicure, pedicure and eyelashes, total spent $100.00 plus 2 ten dollar tips. In one week 2 of my nails came off, I went back to them and after going back and forth I was able to get the 2 nails replaced at no additional cost, Tony my manicure tech was trying to charge me. He stated they have a no guarantee policy on their work, how do you offer a service with no responsibility, that means anybody could just start doing peoples nails and if it’s wrong, then oh well. That’s not right. If I had broken it or damaged it I could understand an additional charge but these Nails came smooth off, fast forward that was 6/8/2022 today is 6/10/2022 and the other nail the pointer finger has come smooth off, no damage. They weren’t put on properly.

Worst experience ever. The older male I guess that’s the owner did my nails and was hurting my nails the ENTIRE time. Didn’t even follow the right process of doing acrylic and gel and then left gunk all over my cuticles. This place just needs to shut down at this point. For sure will NEVER come her again.

Had my nails done 2.5 weeks ago had to tell the lady she hadn’t soaked off all the sns and of course you get the I do for you it ok. No it’s not and is suppose to be soaked all the way off not half way now they are all lifting don’t use this place read all the reviews all they did was take my money also took pictures of the and that was left and I have sent in all the info to the better business Bureau and I’m in the process of talking to state and showing them all the pictures. I’m done paying for a service that clearly that are not doing correctly. Stay away. Or get someone there that does thier job the right way that white yellow looking flower yes I said flower. Joke right. I did call the next day when the thump lifted and was told I fix next time. NO U don’t get to rip me for more money state needs to investigate this place period and now that there is a video of mine and her conversation and what she said when I told her it wasn’t done right. Have a nice day guys and please don’t waste your money with this place they have a 3.3 rating wish I had looked more into this place.

I gave a 2-star review because the man who did my nails was very nice and he did a great job. The environment was crazy. It was so loud and the employees were running in circles and yelling at each other. It was just super stressful. The owner kept coming over and bothering them guy doing my pedi and I could tell he was getting frustrated. My life is absolutely hectic, as many people’s lives are, but when I get the chance every few months or so to get my toes done, I like to just kick back and relax, maybe even doze off a little bit. If the noise and yelling doesn’t bother you, I have no complaints about my pedi and maybe you won’t mind it, but as for me, the environment was just really stressful

They rushed my nails, filed my nails crooked and uneven and their not even glued down all the way, like it’s bad! I got them done two days ago and it already looks like I need a fill in and it was a total waste of $50 Acrylic nails
