I really enjoyed my experience there. I got a regular pedi/mani. This is the first time that I have gotten my nails done and it wasn’t ruined by a mark or nick as soon as I open my car door. The color lasted longer than I expected for a regular manicure. I will go back.

I was in recently with my two young daughters for pedicures. I have come to your salon often- because in the past it had been clean, friendly, and not crowded. Yesterday, however, the service was rushed and rude and the tools were reused and dirty. The chair I sat in had visible grime and the tools had been reused from customer to customer. The pumice stone was brown and obviously used on several customers.

Went to get my gel color manicure done on Sunday by Tuesday I was back to get it fixed cuz it was cheeping already. When she fixed my four nails first she put the wrong not matching color . And then seemed upset when I told her this was not the color and that she had to do it again . and then she did a horrible job fixing it with hair from my sweater left under the color . Thanks for a hairy design! Horrible, don’t waist your time and money! Will never go back!!!!

Horrible atmosphere…very unfriendly when you walk in..no one including manager and owner ever say hello. It is a very awkward atmosphere as they are miserable and unfriendly. I have tried the salon at least 10 times thinking they had a bad day or things willl change but today I went in only one person was in there and she didn’t even look up at me and said come back in 4 hours and didn’t even look at me again.you could tell she was doing it as she just didn’t want to do my nails. There was no one in there. I will never go back there again. They barely ever have anyone in there and I can see why. When they do your nails they do them super quick no paraffin, do not offer anything to drink and zero massage ever…I never leave reviews but am seriously disappointed at the way they treat customers…when they first opened up they were super nice to get you in but since then nothing..don’t waste your money

The first time I went in I was told the type of nails I wanted could only be done on the weekend. Strike 1. Then I went in on a Wednesday afternoon. There was literally no one in the place. All I wanted was a simple polish change for my daughter and me and was told it would be a 30 minute wait. Strikes 2 & 3. I am beginning to wonder what this salon CAN do!

This is a lovely little nail spa. Usually, I am very leery when it comes to nail spas and the cleanliness of the equipment and facility (being a nurse). Paradise Nails is very adherant to their sanitization and sterilization process. I observe as they clean the pedicure baths between clients; they literally remove the jet covers and clean inside them (as this is where most bacteria lingers). They have a multi-step sanitziatin process for their pedicure tubs, and do a very good job at it! They are also extremely organized when it comes to using only sterilized or new equipment for each manicure and pedicure, and have never once confused trays or reused disposable equipment between clients (as I have seen happen at other nail salons). They clean each nail polish applicator between clients as well. Their facility is clean, modern, extremely organized, and bright! Most of all they are friendly, accommodating, and do a beautiful job!

leo has been doing my nails for the last year and i can’t say enough good things about her 🙂 she is very sweet and personable, and always does a fantastic job on my nails. salon is small, clean, and close to home! 🙂
