ok so, i was going to get a refill at my normal nail artist but today she was home sick so i went to a new one, this one. i walked in and the receptionist was truly rude i asked her if she takes walk in she says “yea ig”. anyways someone was doing my nails and not to mention this place is in horrible condition. i saw MULTIPLE mice scurry around the floor. she even told me to take off MY shoe to throw it at the mice. truly disappointed. she even cut me multiple times and she even got gel all over my fingers. my fingers has never looked worst, i am applaud. please find better and more experience workers.

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueI have been looking for a good nail salon ever since 2018 and I could not find any. I have been doing my nails around the south shore from stoughton to Bridgewater and I have not liked none of the salons that I go to. I finally stumbled upon Paradise nails and skin and I wanted to try it out. I got a gel pedicure and a dip manicure with tip. Honestly, I love this salon! The lady that did my pedicure was awesome, she clean my feet very well, from all of the salons that I have been to for the past 4 years she did a great job with my feet. My manicure looks great too! This is my second time doing dipping powder and it looks really different from my first one. The man that they my fingers was nice, he dipped my nails multiple time in the powder. My nails usually gets messy around 1 week and a half but I think it will last me a while before I have to redo them. I will def come back to the salon, the service was great, I think the owner is the man that welcomes you in, he was helpful and checked on his clients at least once. I have been looking for a good nail salon ever since 2018 and I could not find any. I have been doing my nails around the south shore from stoughton to Bridgewater and I have not liked none of the salons that I go to. I finally stumbled upon Paradise nails and skin and I wanted to try it out. I got a gel pedicure and a dip manicure with tip. Honestly, I love this salon! Normally I do not write reviews however I had such an awful experience I feel like I have to share. For starters I went in to get a full set nothing on my nails they were a little long and uneven but that’s why I came to get my nails done. The guy gets done filing them and I said could you please cut my nails, I wanted them shorter before I put the acrylics on if there was an up charge I was willing to pay it. He looked at me and said no you’re fine and continue to glue the nail on. That was my first um okay? And then tell him I want them short square and round on the edges. He cuts my nails to a medium length and says you can’t want them shorter than this with a lot of attitude. I told him I didn’t want them shorter because I’m not allowed to have long nails at work but I like acrylics because I think they’re more durable than gel or regular polish. He gets done shaping my nails and is ready to paint them and they are uneven crooked and very lopsided. I asked if you could please file them so they are at least even and he completely ignores me. I get it customers can be annoying but I honestly feel like I wasn’t asking for a lot especially because I was paying for the service. So I left with nails I didn’t like and then the next day they chipped. Horrible place honestly do not recommend going.

My daughter and her friends had appointments and had to sit and wait over an hour past their appointment time, while they took other people that had appointments after them. They did a horrible job on my daughters nails. Didn’t even listen to her about what she wanted. She had a specific color scheme she was going for and it was done all wrong. The dip was done sloppy and not even filed down properly or even straight. Her nails were mostly crooked. And way too long, she wanted them kinda short. Apparently this place only cares about quantity and not quality. Highly do not recommend, will never be coming back here again.

I did not have a good experience at this nail salon. I do not understand all the good reviews. It is very small and the lady I had rushed through the pedicure and manicure. My cuticles were not cut completely, and the paint was completely off. Would not recommend. Manicure, Pedicure

Critical: Professionalism, QualityI am not sure how the other nail technicians are but I had Mike. His work was of low quality. I told him my nail was coming off and that I needed a new one and all he did was glue it. It came off the next day. Not only that but I had several other nails that needed to be fixed and he overlooked those as well. I called and spoke to Mike and he told me I could come in the next day and he would fix my nail. Well, I called the next day to confirm that I could still come in and asked for Mike and I was told by a man who gave me a different name that Mike was off that day. I told the man that I need my nail fixed and that I would come in the next day since Mike wasn’t there. I got a call back 2 minutes after I hung up, stating that I could come in. I get there and Mike is there! I CANNOT believe that Mike lied about not being there. I will definitely not go back. I just had my nails done and they are all starting to come off already! Not to mention that I was told it would cost me $35 for a fill and gel and Mike charged me $40.00. I am not sure how the other nail technicians are but I had Mike. His work was of low quality. I told him my nail was coming off and that I needed a new one and all he did was glue it. It came off the next day. Not only that but I had several other nails that needed to be fixed and he overlooked those as well. I made an appointment for 5:15 but still showed up early, and I wasn’t taken until 6. It seemed like they were taking care of their regulars before me. Since I had an hour to wait, I picked the two colors for my design and when the time finally came to get them done I was told that I couldn’t get my base color and it ended up being a clear coat. Not what I wanted at all and I now see that the base could have easily been what I wanted. They also didn’t charge one of their regulars “for the wait” but I still had to pay in full. They seem to overbook and take care of favorites first. I was really excited to try this place as my friend loves it and her nails always look great. I made an appointment for 5:15 but still showed up early, and I wasn’t taken until 6. It seemed like they were taking care of their regulars before me. Since I had an hour to wait, I picked the two colors for my design and when the time finally came to get them done I was told that I couldn’t get my base color and it ended up being a clear coat.
