Critical: Quality, ValueMy partner and I were way overdue for nail care. Everyone was booked for my bday since it is so close to christmas so we decided to come here. They were nice enough and the place was clean and professional looking. I got a deluxe pedicure with gel polish because they assured me they would last a very long time. My partner also got a pedi. We both wanted acrylics but they talked me into getting the tips then doing dip which I had never done before. He said it was less trauma to the nails and would last way longer. So I went with it. It cost me $190 and we tipped $30 cash on top of it. Not even three days later my top coat was peeling off of several nails and one of my toes gel polish was off. They of course were closed because of the holidays and we went on vacation and were gone after that. By day 5 I had cracks in my dips and another half of a toe nails polish gone. Mind you these are gel…and as a note I am a stay at home mom who isn’t out doing strenuous projects or anything so there is no excuse to why they didnt last. At this time I was so frustrated I didnt even want to have them “fix” them since they are obviously poor quality anyway. Not even two weeks in and I have 4 toes with no polish and am missing 6 fingernails tips and 6 complete polishes. 2 weeks. I will never go back there and NEVER recommend them to anyone. Horrible quality. My partner and I were way overdue for nail care. Everyone was booked for my bday since it is so close to christmas so we decided to come here. They were nice enough and the place was clean and professional looking. I got a deluxe pedicure with gel polish because they assured me they would last a very long time. My partner also got a pedi. Critical: QualityDecember 1.2021 was my second time coming in my first experience I had a Gel pedicure with French tips refill , I had a older lady who was really nice and professional but did a terrible job on shaping which was squared and French tip. After I left unhappy and paid $80.plus I said would not come back. Started going to Inverness nail salon. I Needed to get ped I happen to be in Dunellon shopping, I walked in (December 1,2021) and got the same older lady from last time I wanted to be optimistic. I asked for Gel removal from my toes and square shape OMG I should of took a picture I kept debating but I still have gel left on my toenails and it’s been a month and half later , they were not shaped square and the paint job was left on my skin, looked all chew up from left on gel. She did great job on waxing my eyebrows. Critical: QualityI did a walk in service early in the morning as soon as they opened and got a full acrylic set done. They were able to sit me down immediately. I only had basic white tip nails done but 2 people worked on my nails and they switched 3 times while I sat there. I understand that prices fluctuate due to demand/product prices however, $45 + tip for the nails I received was ridiculous. Here’s why, the nails are lifting within 2 days of application, the acrylic wasn’t even applied to my whole nail, the nail filing is not smooth or even (making them super chunky/really thin in places), the nail length on each hand is uneven. I felt as though since my nails were easy and basic they could rush and finish to get me out the door quicker. I did a walk in service early in the morning as soon as they opened and got a full acrylic set done. They were able to sit me down immediately. I only had basic white tip nails done but 2 people worked on my nails and they switched 3 times while I sat there. The price for both was 95 plus tip and we were not that impressed because mine were shaped wrong from what I asked for and you could see the nail tip through the pink acrylic. Critical: ProfessionalismMet the owner today. Nasty person. Actually more like a real nasty b. Take your business some other place. I hate business owners who have the attitude like they are better then anyone else. When you put a nice dress on a turkey its still a butterball.
