Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueReally, very disappointed in my experience at Paradise Nails. This was my first time getting my nails done in Starkville for graduation. I got a gel manicure and my friend got a set of acrylics. The man that did my friend’s nails kept yanking her hands and telling her to “Relax!”My gel manicure really was not good at all. She took about 45 minutes to do them, and kept putting my hand under the solar lamp regardless of whether or not there was a new coat on my nails. I know my nails are short, but she kept filing them down until it was painful and after a while my hand started to burn in the lamp.When she painted my nails, she did the wrong color and I tried to tell her several times before she removed the old color and got the one I had asked for. It was $35 and she was standing over me signing my receipt so I felt obligated to tip $5 (I always tip) but this was truly the worst nail salon experience I’ve ever had. Really, very disappointed in my experience at Paradise Nails. This was my first time getting my nails done in Starkville for graduation. I got a gel manicure and my friend got a set of acrylics. The man that did my friend’s nails kept yanking her hands and telling her to “Relax!”

Critical: ProfessionalismWalked in around 2:30 to get a fill in. The place was all but empty besides the two women they were servicing. The female asked “how can I help you” I told her What I needed….she says “I booked today”. I was literally the only person waiting, but you only have to tell me once. I won’t beg anyone to take my money. They were rude and unprofessional, makes sense why they were nearly empty on a Saturday.Walked in around 2:30 to get a fill in. Walked in around 2:30 to get a fill in. The place was all but empty besides the two women they were servicing. The female asked “how can I help you” I told her What I needed….she says “I booked today”. I was literally the only person waiting, but you only have to tell me once. The glue will NOT come off and have done damage to my eyelashes and the lashes they use can be bought from Walmart for around $10 and look fake. I’m now having to pay someone to else to remove them (hopefully). I’ve already used 2 different types of eyelash remover and they won’t budge. The glue will NOT come off and have done damage to my eyelashes and the lashes they use can be bought from Walmart for around $10 and look fake.
