Clean relaxing place. Brittany put her heart Into the work she does here. The nail art is good and the other staff is nice she even helped out 2 families in need for Christmas by taking donations so kids could have Christmas. The work she does on hair is great. She has a tanning bed and pedi chairs too. It’s a work in progress but if you owned your own business there is always room for improvement. Great place. Great people.

let’s just start off with the fact that the nail techs here over book themselves and have poor communication skills. I called to make an appointment for 9 A.M. and my call was taken by a nail tech, I come to my appointment at 8:55 A.M. and the doors are locked and the lights are off. when I first went here and was recommended I had to be squeezed in last minute and rushed. I was bounced between 3 different nail techs to get the job done and it took over 2 hours. last but not least I went to get a fill-in from another place in town and I was notified that I got green fungus syndrome in one of my nails. All of the nail salons i went to I NEVER encountered this but the nail tech from this other salon told me that it can be due to the uncleanliness of the brushes used to clean your nails at a salon and them not disinfecting the tools they use. Now I have to figure out how to treat this, this place is absolute trash and I had a terrible experience. Friends that I also have that have went to this salon complained that their nails would never last and something was always wrong with shaping. Paradise nails completely earned this review after my experience and it was nothing close to a decent experience. Do better.

Brittany is always awesome at squeezing customers in, both new and returning, for last-minute appointments. Such a warm, fun and inviting atmosphere. BOTH Brittany and Heidi do EXCELLENT work and always make sure the customer is pleased!!!

The staff is very friendly, but it’s an unprofessional nail spa. It took 1 hour 45 minutes to get a regular pedicure and gel manicure. There was only 1 other person in there. There was a leak in the spa chair I was sitting in and my purse on the floor got soaked. Headphones and portable phone charger are ruined. I was overcharged too for some acrylic work that I didn’t have done and asked about it before they charged me, but it was still added. There’s also random sparkles in a couple of my nails from how messy the desk was she was doing my nails at.
