After moving from a different town to Sac, I searched and searched for a new nail place. I’ve now been going to Paradise for over a year and it is fantastic, the staff is the best ever!!! Cash does my nails every time he is easy to talk to and makes it a fun environment!!! Nothing worse than getting tour nails done for an hour in complete awkward silence!!! You don’t have to worry about that here!!!

The first few times I went it was good when I was buying all the most expensive stuff but the last time or the last few times I went in they were nickel and diming everything and I had to go home and scrub my own feet after this pedicure. Me my sister and my mom all had rough feet and they kept insisting that we get all this more expensive stuff and we didn’t want it. a pedicure should be scrub feet clean toes paint nails and it should be a good job equally every time. I even paid for extra callus removal and it was awful. They kept trying to pressure me into getting Jill I don’t want that they made me feel uncomfortable and I don’t think my family and I will be coming here anymore unfortunately. And then they’re telling us we need to scrub our feet basically they don’t want to do their job. Sometimes they offer you a drink sometimes they don’t it’s just very inconsistent. When my boyfriend used to pay for the most expensive package I got good service but I bring my friends and family here and they’re asking me why would I refer this place because it just wasn’t as good as the first few times I went. Very disappointed because it’s right by my house and I thought I found my place but the last time it was just not good. They kept making remarks about spending more and scrubbing our own feet more if we wanted to do it ourself we would do it ourselves if we wanted to spend more or if we had the money we would spend more just think it’s very inappropriate. And the last time the lady did my manicure the nail polish fell off within one week and her breath was so bad it was such a bad experience.

Love this place! People are kind and helpful. Went in for a pedi and a manicure and they treated me like a queen!! I was visiting from Washington and treated me like a queen! When I’m back down visiting family I will be coming back to visit get my nails and my feet done again! Prices are very reasonable! They know what true customer service is all about!!!!
