Reading reviews.. I can see some of these to be true. For the most part, everyone here is amazing. There are a few employees that are new or have turned over quickly. This is a really busy place and they are always looking for help but the core people are amazing. Yes if I make an appointment sometimes I wait if a walk-in comes in. Yes sometimes I’m being worked on and my beautiful lady stops to help someone else. This is called a business and they’re trying to help as many people as possible. I’m happy to wait as long as possible for Kim to do my nails. She’s amazing. Even when she hurts her back and can barely walk she’s there. She’s the one always answering the phones and still slaying a perfect straight line. Tony is without a doubt one of the most kind people I’ve ever seen and for some reason rude customers like to mess with him and I don’t think it’s OK. He’s super nice to everyone, even when a rude customer is being evil.

Critical: QualityApart from being rude the moment I walked in I was rushed to pick a color. I got a full set and while she was filing my nails with the machine she cut me and was doing it too rough. In the end I was left with horrible results with extremely crooked, bubbly, and uneven nails. Not just that but I was forced to give a tip for something I didn’t like. Critical: Cleanliness, Quality, ValueI had the worst experience at this nail salon that I have ever had! I went with two other friends for pedicures, and only one of us had good results (Tony did her pedicure). For the other two of us, the owners did our pedicures. The woman scraped my friend’s toenails so hard and did not do a good job cleaning them. The pictures speak for my horrible pedicure. The polish is applied in such a sloppy manner, it’s gross! He didn’t clean it very well either. This is NOT worth the $50 I paid. I wish I could go back to show them in person and ask for a refund, but I was just visiting the area and I am an hour away.
