I think I had a beginner because my experience doesn’t match the others here, and I’m a pretty bummed. After getting engaged on Saturday, I called to see if they had openings, and they said yes so I came in. The girl was really sweet but she didn’t push my cuticles back at all, so my nails look grown out already. I picked a dip color called light pink and after she did several coats, she asked if I wanted to use a darker color because it was completely clear. I said yes thinking it would work, but it ended up being splotchy. Which is whatever and not super noticeable. I’m just sad that I left with them already looking grown out, and on the most memorable/special day of my life. I still tipped 20% but I guess just sharing this as a message to others to make y’all aware so you can catch any mistakes before it’s too late/you feel bad saying anything.

I am a regular and the service us not consistent. ythey have no regard for tipping generously and coming back since there have been times such as today when the older man is unkind and rude

Spent $67.00 to get a manicure/pedicure which included the tip. The person doing my nails rushed the process, manicure didn’t last one day, polish was not good and came off within hours. My feet still rough, the gal doing my pedicure didn’t spend much time for the extra $5.00 on calus removal. I went in the next day to get nail polish re-done, very nice that they agreed to it but while in there a lady brought in her elderly mom to get her toe nails clipped. The elderly lady was treated poorly and they truly didn’t take care of her. They were not gentle with her and I was sad for them and the experience they recevied which I watched in disgust. I’ll never return and hope the ladies practice more kindness especailly with the elderly ladies who need extra care.

I have been to Paradise Nails a few times and most recently realized it is the best place in Dana Point/Monarch Beach. I love how professional the employees are and they create a very calming, relaxing environment for their clients. The salon is very nice, smells good and the pedicure chairs are great. I like the color selections available for polish and the way they apply it and/or the products they use, stay on for a long time. I would highly recommend this salon. It’s best to make an appointment but sometimes you can walk-in. In the summer or busy holiday weekends, definitely make an appointment. 🙂

Beautiful salon, but I experienced terrible service.. got a full set of nails and usually they file it with a dremel tool, unfortunately my manicurist nicked my skin not once but numerous times. I had to deal with painful fingers due to infection that built up, the lady had told me it was because I had bad skin, I’m sorry but no dont blame the customer for your errors. My nails aren’t the worse, but for the price I paid I expect a little bit more effort.. I also had a pedicure done, the package I chose was one of the nice ones and I didn’t receive everything that was to be included. I still paid, and even tipped, but will not be back.

In my opinion one of the best nail salons in the country and I have visited many. By far the best in Dana Point. Clean and relaxing and they do a good job on my cuticles and the nail polish stays on and looks good for more then 2 days and I do not use jell. A little more money but well worth it. I will never go to another salon in Dana Point. Highly reccomend
